Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SunWay Salinas Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
Services Provided
SunWay Salinas Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation services for residential and commercial properties in Salinas, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Site preparation and ground leveling
- Base installation and compaction
- Artificial grass installation
- Infill application and turf maintenance
- Custom design and consultation services
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided by SunWay Salinas Artificial Grass are free and non-binding until a formal contract is signed. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may change if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if material costs increase. We will notify you of any pricing adjustments before beginning work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to our services.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Artificial grass products carry manufacturer warranties, which vary by product. We will provide warranty documentation for all materials used. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property
- Ensure access to work areas during scheduled times
- Inform us of any underground utilities or irrigation systems
- Remove or secure pets during installation
- Follow provided maintenance guidelines
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service contract before work begins with written notice. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has started may be subject to restocking fees or charges for completed work. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
SunWay Salinas Artificial Grass is not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or structures. We carry appropriate insurance for our operations.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises from our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Most issues can be resolved through open communication. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Monterey County, California, in accordance with California state law.
